Description

NIH-funded research positions are available immediately. Ranks from postdoctoral research fellows to research assistant professors based on the experiences of the candidates. At least three positions are currently available.

Requirements include a Ph.D and/or M.D. in immunology or other cell biological field. We are particularly looking for candidates with strong research background in immunology and biochemistry, and experience in working with animal models is a plus.

The focuses of our research are the molecular mechanisms of the development, activation, differentiation and tolerance of both T- and B-lymphocyte, as well as the development of autoimmune disease. Current ongoing research projects are 1) epigenetic and protein acetylation in immune functions, 2) microRNA in T-cell activation and tolerance, 3) ubiquitination and autoimmunity and 4) T-cell signal transduction and the allergic lung inflammation.
