Description
We seek highly motivated postdoctoral associates to apply novel chemical, genetic and proteomic approaches to identify signaling proteins that have the potential to be translated into drug discovery projects. In particular, we are interested in delineating the roles of different kinases in cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. A Ph.D. in cell biology, biochemistry or related fields is desired and the candidate should be committed to a career in basic research.
Ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more of the following areas: signal transduction, molecular biology, cell biology, neurobiology and enzyme kinetics.
