One NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available immediately for ahighly motivated individual at the Department of Cell Biology,University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. We arestudying the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying cytokinereceptor signaling in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, and howits deregulation may result in cancer. A Ph.D. degree with strongbackground in molecular biology, biochemistry, and tissue culture isrequired. Prior experience in bone marrow transplantation in mice andcolony-forming assays is highly desirable.
