The group of Matthias Kieslinger (Institute of Clinical Molecular Biology and Tumor Genetics) is working on osteoblasts and stromal cells of the bone marrow and their role in bone formation and as niche for haematopoietic cells. Post-Doc
Skills
experience in mouse genetics (generation and analysis of mutant mouse strains)
molecular biology, retroviral infection systems
cell sorting, cell culture
DNA Microarray analysis
Qualifications
PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline
PhD was obtained within the last 4 years
publications
ability to work independently and as part of a team
supervision of predoctoral students and technicians
strong interest in pursuing an academic career
The position is limited to three years and we pay standard salary EG 13 TVÖD. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
