Description
A postdoctoral position is available to study the molecular mechanismsof tumorigenesis and metastasis with emphasis on involvement of Notchsignaling in melanoma at Sylvester Comprehensive CancerCanter/University of Miami. The successful candidate must have stronglaboratory experience in basic molecular biology techniques includinggene mutagenesis, RNAi, quantitative RT-PCR, flow cytometry andimmunohistochemistry. Experiments involve both in vitro and in vivo(small animal) works. Ph.D. in biological science with researchexperience in signal transduction and tumor biology is required.
