Description
The ideal candidate will actively participate in departmental andprofessional research related activities involving simulation-basedlearning and research activities for health care providers associatedwith Scott & White Hospital and the Texas A&M Health ScienceCenter College of Medicine to promote patient safety and qualityhealthcare. The fellow will play a role in designing, developing andimplementing research programs that contribute to the simulationprogram’s education and research objectives. The fellow will be involvedin the development and writing of grants, peer-reviewed abstracts andmanuscripts. The fellow will work closely with the clinical simulationfaculty and staff, and will be mentored under the Clinical SimulationMedical Director and Manager.
