A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the laboratory ofDr. Caricchio, Division of Rheumatology, University of Pennsylvania. Thecandidate will study the role of cell death in the maintenance ofautoimmunity and renal disease in mouse models of systemic lupuserythematosus (SLE) in which apoptotic and necrotic cell death aregenetically impaired. The candidate must hold an MD, Ph.D or equivalentdegree. Previous experience with mouse models and excellent backgroundin immunology and molecular biology are highly preferred.
