A postdoctoral position is available at Yale University to investigatethe developmental genetics regulating the formation, growth andpatterning of vertebrate limbs. Our lab uses forward genetic screens toidentify new genes required for limb development in the mouse. Potentialprojects include mapping and characterization of new mutants coupledwith genetic interaction experiments to relate these novel genes toknown signaling pathways. Experience working with mice is desirable butnot essential. While initial funding can be provided, individuals arealso expected to apply for their own funding.
