Description
Two postdoctoral fellow positions are immediately available within theInstitute of Life Sciences (Institut des Sciences de la Vie, ISV,Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium), to work in a collaborative(Action de Recherche Concertée) project investigating “cellular andmolecular responses to water stress in plant” and involving 4laboratories. Each appointee would work under the direct supervision of2 of the PIs whose research interest can be found at http://www.uclouvain.be/en-isv.html.
Applicants should be highly motivated PhD-holders in the area of plantsciences, molecular biology or biochemistry, with experience and/orinterest in cell biology. Fluency in English, good communication skills,motivation to contribute to the supervision of PhD students in theproject and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
The position is initially for one year with the possibility of at leastone year extension subject to satisfactory review.
