Description
Genetics and Biochemistry Branch, NIDDK seeks candidates to developnovel approaches for the analysis of epigenetic modifications andchromosome dynamics using next-generation sequencing data. Futureresearch will include development of algorithms for high-throughputsequencing data analysis and their implementation for the analysis andintegration of large datasets. Successful candidates are expected tospend 50% of their time performing collaborative research. Computationalexperience in Linux or Unix environment are required and some biologytraining is desirable.
