At the Abbott Neuroscience Discovery Research Unit
The position:
Actively participate in target and drug discovery activities aiming toidentify new therapeutic intervention points for the treatment ofneurodegenerative diseases
Support colleagues with your special expertise
Develop research activities in an independent manner
Present and discuss the obtained results with other team members
Skills and Experience:
PhD degree in the fields of cell signalling pathways and the control ofgene expression preferable
Strong knowledge in cell culture, immunocytochemistry and molecularbiology methods is required
Experience in the area of CNS and in siRNAs and Image Analysismethodologies would be an advantage
Very strong English skills
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated
