Ion Channels Biophysics in Health and Disease
A position is available to study ion channel structure and function. Wepursue the mechanistic basis for channel function with an emphasis oncloned potassium channels from yeast, insects and humans. The techniqueswe use include: electrophysiology, molecular biology and biochemistry.An individual with a strong background in electrophysiology andbiochemistry is sought.
