Regulation of NF-kB and ERK MAP kinase during immune responses

We are offering two three-year MRC-funded Career Development Fellowshipsto investigate the function of NF-kBI p105 proteolysis in controllingERK MAP kinase and NF-kB activation in innate and adaptive immune responses.

The project will involve analytical protein chemistry, molecular biologyand a variety of immunological techniques, including primary cellculture, flow cytometry and assays of primary immune cell function.

The ideal applicant should have experience in molecular immunologyand/or signal transduction research.
