The laboratory of “Gene regulation in the Immune system” (http://www.imbb.forth.gr/people/spilianakis/index.html) located at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IMBB)(http://www.imbb.forth.gr/) invites applications from enthusiastic junior scientists for a postdoctoral training programme to be funded by the General Secretariat of Research and Technology of Greece (GSRT)(http://www.gsrt.gr/default.asp?V_ITEM_ID=6605).

IMBB is a multidisciplinary biomedical research institute which is co-located with the Institutes of Applied and Computational Mathematics, Electronic Structure and Laser and Computer Science of the Foundation of Research and Technology-Hellas (FORTH)(http://www.forth.gr/) in Heraklion (Crete). Research at IMBB is of the highest international standards and is supported by state-of-the-art facilities (http://www.imbb.forth.gr/facilities.html ). IMBB has extensive interactions with the other Institutes of FORTH and with many departments of the University of Crete (http://www.uoc.gr/ ).

Applicants must have obtained their doctorate degree (PhD or equivalent) within the last 10 years.
