Postdoctoral Position in Computational Biophysics, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position at the Center for Proteomics and Bioinformatics. The candidate will be actively involved in the development and application of coarse-grained modeling for the characterization of macromolecular assembly including protein-protein interactions. Methods used in the lab include, but not limited to, coarse-grained modeling, molecular dynamics, computational and experimental small-angle X-ray solution scattering (SAXS) techniques, and their combination. Qualified applicants should have a strong interest in theoretical biophysics and structural biology, with a Ph.D. in related fields (and basic knowledge of molecular dynamics simulation).
