POSTDOCTORAL POSITION on Computational Biology available immediately atthe Department of Biological Sciences, University of Maryland BaltimoreCounty (UMBC) to develop computational approaches for protein domainrecognition and understanding the molecular mechanisms involved indisease. The candidate will work with a collaborative team from UMBC andFDA and will have affiliations in both institutions.
REQUIREMENTS
A recent Ph.D. in computational biology, chemistry, biology, physics,computer science or related fields is required.
International candidates will be considered. The position is availableimmediately and for a period of one year, with possibility to renewsubject to satisfactory performance. The position will be administeredthrough the Oak Ridge
Institute for Science and Education.
