Applications are invited for an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoralresearch scientist to join Dr. L. Sollid’s laboratory at the Centre forImmune Regulation (a Norwegian Centre of Excellence) at the Institute ofImmunology, Rikshospitalet University Hospital and University of Oslo.The position runs until the end of 2010.
The project focuses on the characterization of gluten specific T cellsin Celiac Disease by the use of HLA-DQ tetramers (see Quarsten et al. J.Immunol, 2001 and Ráki et al. PNAS, 2007).
The applicant should have a PhD in Biomedical Sciences/Immunology orrelated subjects, and a good publication record. A strong interestcellular immunology coupled with expertise in flow cytometry and/orprotein chemistry is highly desirable. Successful candidates should becapable of working in a team environment.
