Description
A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available to study moleculesinvolved in stem cell self-renewal and differentiation, focusing on theuse of Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSC) and Embryonic Stem Cells (ESC).The candidate is expected to have a PhD in the biological sciences, andbe highly motivated and tenacious as a scientist, with experience inmolecular biology and cell biology. The Fellow will develop innovativelentiviral based gene transfer technology to manipulate HSC as well asusing ESC for studying signaling pathways involved in endoderm differentiation.
The laboratory is located within an active intellectual environment inthe Boston University School of Medicine, with strong ties throughoutthe institution and with other Universities in the Boston area,including Harvard and MIT. Boston university is an Affirmative Action,Equal Opportunity Employer.
