POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS are available to apply massively parallelsequencing to study nuclear receptor binding networks and epigeneticregulation of the genome, with the long term goal of understanding therole of variation in gene regulatory sequences in human disease and evolution.
Our laboratories, located in the Center for Genetics of the Children’sHospital Oakland Research Institute in the San Francisco Bay Area, havepioneered the use of genomic technologies to understand gene regulationand epigenetics.
