Duties: Organize, develop and execute synthetic methodologies for the synthesis and semisynthesis of natural products and natural product analogs, prepare reports/manuscripts, and to supervise and help instruct graduate students in synthetic techniques. Basic computer skills for literature searches and molecular modeling are essential.

Qualifications: Highly self-motivated individual with a Ph.D. degree in Synthetic, Organic or Medicinal Chemistry. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by publication in internationally recognized peer review journals. Experience in alkaloid synthesis and cross-coupling methodologies is highly desirable.
