德国法兰克福某研究中心招收博士后职位
The Research Centre in Frankfurt, Germany has vacancies for:
3 Postdocs (f/m)
Your responsibilities
Department: Computational Toxicology
Ph.D. level scientist for the development of new prediction models of drug toxicity in different species including man. The models will cover single mechanism as well as more complex toxicity endpoints like organ toxicity (including reactive metabolites), developmental toxicity, off-target related side effects etc. Key approaches are the use of new data from public sources (e.g. FDA -CDER , ToxCast, Tox21), consortia (e.g. IMI eTOX) and internal proprietary toxicity reports. The use of new integrated prediction approaches include QSAR , statistical and PBPK models and virtual simulations (analog virtual liver/embryo projects). The individual will work in close partnership with other scientists in Structure, Design & Informatics, PK/PD and with the scientific and regulatory community outside Sanofi.
Department: Modelling & Simulation / Pharmacometrics
Ph.D. level Scientist who is driven to use quantitative approaches to understand the Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of novel insulin analogues at the molecular level. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of molecular mechanistic models of the insulin signalling processes in different tissues to support the discovery of novel insulin analogues. Key technical responsibilities are to organize, execute, and report modeling and simulation, as well as to present work at cross-functional teams, department meetings, and conferences. The individual will work in close partnership with other scientists in Computational Biology, Clinical Pharmacology, PK/PD, Biostatistics, and project teams.
Department: Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Platform
• Ph.D. level scientist for the Development and preparation of nanoparticles for delivery into cells, tissues and organs
• Formulation of siRNA, characterization, test of stability and release
• Proof-of-concept studies in animal models
• The candidate will support a multi-disciplinary team composed of nucleic acid chemists, molecular biologists, and pharmacologists
