Job Description
The position is available to join ongoing efforts aimed at investigating the biosynthesis of bioactive polyketides and non-ribosomal peptide virulence factors from Mycobacterium species and developing inhibitors of these and other pathways of these pathogens. Some of our publications related to these efforts are listed below. Candidates must have: (i) a Ph.D. in Biochemistry or a related field; (ii) experience in protein purification/enzymology, and (iii) at least one article as first author published in an international journal.
