Description
We are seeking a talented postdoctoral fellow to investigate the JNK-MAPK signaling cascade in epidermal growth and neoplasia in the Division of Dermatology of Duke University. Our lab uses regenerated human transgenic tissue models along with retroviral gene expression and gene silencing techniques to determine molecular mechanisms involved in human epidermal tumorigenesis.
We strongly encourage creative thinking and highly value team work. Experiences with cell culture, animal model, gene expression profiling, chromosomal immuno-precipitation or RNA interference techniques are desired.
