In the laboratories of Dan Gorman and Rob Kastelein, PhD. Elucidate the biology of several novel C1q/TNF family members using transgenic and KO mice; determine the cellular source of these proteins, determine their target cells, identify their receptors and signaling pathways, and test their role in disease utilizing mouse models to determine their potential therapeutic utility.

Minimum Education Required: PhD
