Experimental short-term Post-doctoral position at Universidade Federal de São Carlos, SP, Brazil, is available imeadiately for candidates with experience in:

- Optical and transport properties in magnetic and non-magnetic semiconductors nanostructures. - III -V and II-VI multilayered structures and in aligned InAs quantum dot and quantum ring planar structures. - Spin effects in semiconductor materials. This position will be funded with grants from Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo, FAPESP , within the project: 2006/05765-1, from April/5 to October/30. ( http://www.fapesp.br/ ) Suitable candidates should have a PhD in Physics, Materials Science or related fields but showing strong background in Magneto-Optical and Magneto-transport measurements in nanomaterials.
