岗位职责:
• Be the physical liaison and phone liaison for Internal medicinepatients and help them with all information they need or requests theyhave. Ideally Internal medicine patient coordinator should be able toreply directly to 80% of patients’ questions. If not, they will directthe patient to the right person or inquire themselves and get back topatient timely.
• Give patients introduction about our hospital, Internal medicineservices and the differences there are compared to local hospitals.
• Monitor and analyze data about Internal medicine new patientsfeedback, regular meeting with department chair and head nurse to reportthe feedback.
• Be the primary contact for new patients after the first encounter,establish the connection with these patients.
• Deliver high quality service to patients. Ensure patient needs andreasonable requests are met timely.
• Seek opportunities to continuously improve patient services.
Other Duties Performed
• Pro-actively handle and solve problems to prevent complaints.
• Improve patient survey collection process by informing patients aboutthe surveys available.
