岗位职责:
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentationof learning and development programs for all employees. Establish,strengthen, implement and evaluate People Development Programs tosupport the rapid growth of the company business. Develop staffs’knowledge and capability necessary to achieve exceptional results.Develop a robust learning and development strategy for all departments,including soft skills, domain knowledge, etc. Lead learning anddevelopment projects, training design & delivery and training needsanalysis.


Responsibilities:
• Create a training and development strategy, vision and action plan toimplement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization.
• Develop the infrastructure for all learning and development programsby establishing standardized methods and procedures for delivery,evaluation, measurement and reporting.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate learning objectives and instructionalstrategies; including developing the best methodologies for trainingdelivery (i.e. web-based, classroom, etc.).
• Select and monitor internal and external resources to deliverconsistent learning and development programs and services. Including ininternal trainers team management and external training coordination.
• Develop, maintain and distribute status learning and developmentreports as needed.


Learning:
• Analyze learning needs in line with UFH Group initiatives, develop,implement and follow up annual learning/training plan with the aim ofoptimizing training resources and provide targeted training support toeach department
• Develop standardized adult learning principles and programs fortargeted audiences.
• In-House Training Conduction and Delivery: participate in developinginternal training programs; deliver assigned internal trainingcourses(eg. bi monthly hospital orientation to new comers; hospital JCIstandard training) in order to provide the appropriate courses to meetthe identified training needs
• Facilitate classroom and non-classroom based activities as an integralpart of the learning and development solutions.
• Evaluation & follow-up. Collect feedback from participants ontraining course delivery quality; follow up the behavior change &competencies improvement after training, in order to achieve the besttraining result. Summarize and provide monthly training report to HRVP& UFH Administrator for revie********

Employee Development:
• In line with UFH Group initiatives, Initiate, Develop and implementcompetence model to improve employee selection and hire, performancemanagement and employee development.
• Define KPIs of learning and development in correlation with UFH goals,follow up the trends of KPI, and make improvement actions.
• Work with Senior Management Team on key talent development andcoordinate the succession plan for key positions.
• Serve as internal HR counselor on management teams for peopledevelopment, performance management and career management.
• Provide advice and support to the department heads and line managersto develop appropriate and realistic career / development plans whichshould reflect well balance between the personal aspirations and companyviews, and drive personal ownership and commitment of own and/orsubordinates’ career and development management
• Within the scope of the UFH Group Plan, coordinate and prioritize theimplementation of the approved development plans of all employees basedon the available resources

Other duties as assigned by the HRVP, Hospital Senior Management &UFH Administrator through the market.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or liberalarts or at least five years of teaching equivalent.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in the field oforganization, talent development, learning or related fields such astalent management or Human Resources
• Strong desire to improve our service, processes and systems
• Self-directed, process oriented, attention to detail, ability to driveconsensus in decision making and problem solving
• Ability to develop and translate strategies and plans into action -sense of urgency
Knowledge & Skills:
• Advanced Oral English fluency preferred
• Mandarin fluency preferred
• Certified Trainer preferred
• Outstanding verbal, written communications, multi-tasking andpresentation skills
• The knowledge of adult learning principles
