岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the introduction and sales of SZU*s services toindividualsEnsure that the annual revenue and unit targets for theportfolio are fully achieved through a consistent performance
2. Exhibit a proactive approach in attending to patients’ problems &needs and avoidance of patients’ dissatisfaction; to display a totalcommitment in putting patients first
3. Ensure a complete coverage on assigned to the staff, maintain therequired prospectand relevant activity in order to achieve accurateforecasting so that revenue and unit targets could be attained
4. Complete and process all documentation and administration accuratelyand timely
5. Fully understand the importance of sales quality improvement andsales handbook
6. Ensure all behavior fully follow hospital direction, discipline and process
7. Supports marketing efforts as necessary
8. 100% follow hospital sales process
9. Other sales service related work as directed by reporting manager
任职资格:
Knowledge and Experience:
1. University graduate or above
2. At least 3 years of direct sales experience, with proven track recordof sales success
3. Good knowledge of medical terminology and hospital services
4. Excellent network of physicians and other medical professionals
5. Good customer orientation, communication, negotiation, presentationand analysis skills
6. Fluent in Chinese; some English language skills preferred
