岗位职责:
1. Clinical Practice
• Provides direct patient care in specialty area
• Coordinates between interdisciplinary teams to enhance collaborationfor promoting health and problem solving
• Prioritizes and organizes work to meet dynamic changes in nursing.

2. Training
• Identifies the training needs in specialty nurse and provide trainingas needed
• Collaborates with Nursing Education Department Manager and NurseEducators in planning, implementing and evaluating hospital-wideeducation and training programs
• Conducts training and assures implementation of training andcontinuing education in the Nurse.
• Evaluates the outcomes of training programs and initiatives within the Nurse
• Mentors and coaches new nurses, trainees and interns
• Provides assistance and support to nursing staff as needed regardingclinical issues and education
• Facilitates staff education by providing appropriate resources frombooks, journals or on-line resources
• Implements the Preceptorship Program in the Nurse by monitoring andproviding support to Nurse preceptors; carry out periodic evaluation ofpreceptors* performance
• Documents and monitors the education and training of staff nurses inthe Nurse and ensures complete training record of nurses in the NursingEducation Department.
• Identifies assists in developing patient education materials in eachdepartment.
• Summary and make training plan

3. Audit & Research
• Assists the head nurse or clinic manager in ensuring that nursingstaff maintains an established level of clinical competency
• Collaborates with head nurses and assistant head nurses in ensuringthat new nurses satisfactorily completes competency requirements of new nurses
• Provides evidence-based resources for improvement of nursing practicein the Nurse
• Coordinates research activities involving the Nurse and participate indata collection, analysis, and presentation as appropriate.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
• Current registered nurse licensure in China preferably
• Minimum with Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferably with some teaching experience as preceptor, skills lab orlife support instructor or other teaching experience
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience
• Interest in teaching, coaching and mentoring
• Overseas experience preferably

Skills:
• Adequate interpersonal communication skills
• Adequate leadership and management skills
• Adequate nursing experience in general
• Strong nursing knowledge and skills
• Has ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Be able to assess the need for, plan and implement training strategies
• Assisting to write a variety of curriculum for nursing training
• Cooperate with Nursing Administration Team to prioritize and organizetraining program
• Excellent English language skills

Knowledge:
• Understanding of the health bureau policies
• Understanding of GZU policies and procedures
• Understanding of quality and safety standards based on JCIArequirement
• Understanding of clinical flow of both Inpatient and OutpatientNursing Units
• Keeps abreast of latest trends in nursing and hospital operations
