职位描述
Responsible for daily Human Resources operational support to customerdepartments, including but not limited to on board/exit/transferprocess, contract management, employee personal file management, expatemployee compliance services, employee certificate needs etc.

Work closely with HR consultant team in providing daily HR operationalsupports to internal customers to ensure appropriate and timely HRProcess Execution , including but not limited to:

• Set up new employees personnel files and file in personnel relateddocument to ensure the completeness and accuracy in a timely manner;
• Assist with new staff on board process which includes but not limitedto name badges preparation, photograph taking, staff locker assignments,orientation date arrangement before on board date, contract sign upprocess follow up etc.
• Assist with staff exiting process to make sure the exit formalitiesare carried out accordingly to hospital standards;
• Assist with all the employee status change process including internaltransfers, promotions, FTE changes etc. and assist in putting togetherchange proposals
• Coordinating with HR Consultant team in providing monthly reports likecontract renewal completion status and work force related general reports;
• Interfacing with Payroll team in providing monthly fluctuation data tosupport payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner;
• In charge of HRIS system maintenance to make sure the accuracy and upto date of the employee basic information;
• Be responsible for the employee documents filing in line with internalfiling policies and practices;
• Assist with employee inquiries and in charge of the preparation ofrelevant certifications;
• Assist with employee activities organization as needed;
• May involve in basic position recruiting;
• Other duties as assigned by line manager
任职要求
• College degree with major in Human Resources preferred
• Previous 1-3 year of related work experience preferred
• Good written and oral English
• Good at organizing daily work
• Computer Skills: Windows, MS Office, and Internet
• Fast learner with good team spirit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
