岗位职责
• Be able to coordinate all OR procedures and anesthesiologists bookingin hospital Trakcare system.
• Communicate with anesthesiologist, surgeon and OR nurse for any issuerelated with procedure booking.
• Make sure all booking is following hospital policy and procedure.
• Make sure all booking is accurate.
• Data collection including: daily and monthly procedure record forstatistical, and update OR staff daily and monthly working hourcollection
• Responsible for OR stationary supply inventory up to date.
• Maintain OR nursing station clean and tidy.
• Responsible for OR new staff orientation issue.
• Accept all assignment as needed from head nurse.
• Good communication with OR nurse, physician, patient’s relative, andother department staff.

任职条件
• Minimal education requirement--Nursing School
• Minimal experience requirement –secretarial degree background a plus,nursing background preferred
• Licensing needed—None
