任职要求：
- 学士学位或2+多年的经验，关系管理，跨职能团队、项目或产品的管理经验
- 优秀的沟通能力（中英文书面和口头），时间管理能力，敬业精神，以及在动态、快 节奏、跨职能性的环境中完成多项任务的能力。
- 良好的分析能力和解决问题的能力，具有自我激励和任务的归属感，将结果记录跟踪 到位。
- 具有灵活性，创造性解决问题的能力；通过分析、经验和判断相结合的能力，始终如 一地依照证据来做出正确的工作决策。

Job Description
Looking for an opportunity to move fast and make a big impact? TheInternational and Strategic Project team (ISP)*s charter is to rapidlyexpand Sunho Pharmaceutical*s presence globally. We work across Sunhopartnering closely with R&D, tech, and production teams to aggregatethe regional and country requirements necessary to deliver internationalsystem parity with the US and Europ. ISP team vision is to enable Sunhoto go global, using hands of the technology and delivering globalbusiness insights that enable regulatory and R&D teams to close theselection of business partner, product development.Drive customerengagement and ensure vendor success in expanded marketplaces.
The successful candidate will be organized, with a strong bias foraction, and the ability to independently drive projects as well as workcollaboratively and cross functionally to drive results. He or she willhave strong analytical capabilities, the ability to think strategicallyabout operational processes, have experience handling large and complexdata sets, and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and manage thedetails of the program. As well, the successful candidate will be ableto clearly define and communicate the direction of the necessaryimprovements both to business teams and project managers.
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent2+ years’ experience managingrelationships, cross-functional teams, programs, or products
- Excellent communication skills ( In English/Chinese written andverbal), time management skills, professionalism, and the ability tomultitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated analytical aptitude and problem solving abilitiesStrongsense of ownership and a self-starter that has track record ofdelivering results
- Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record ofcreative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, grows fast
- A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals;evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through acombination of analysis, experience, and judgment
