项目经理

岗位职责：
Build project workplans and seeing them through to execution
制定项目计划并监督执行
Work in cooperation with different focal points both locally andglobally to achieve the projects goals and reach the company’s objectives
与本地和全球不同的工作点进行合作，以实现项目目标和公司目标
Provide close guidance to the project’s personnel and manage the day today work
为项目人员提供密切的指导，并管理日常工作
Manage the different “moving parts” of the project to make sure all aresynchronized and aligned
对项目的工作进行分配和管理，并确保工作的同步进行
Work together with local authorities and regulatory bodies to assure theproject’s adherence to GMP and additional regulatory standards
与地方当局和监管机构合作，以确保该项目符合GMP和其他监管标准
Ensure technology/regulatory standards are met while implementing best practices
在实施最佳实践的同时确保满足技术/法规标准
Act as the first line for all project needs
作为所有项目需求的第一线
Provide on-going updates to global counterparts and company management
为全球及公司的管理者持续更新项目进展情况

任职要求：
Minimum B.A degree
学士学位及以上
Minimum 5 years* experience in project management positions, preferablywith medical devices, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical companies.
5年及以上的项目管理职位经验，有医疗设备、生物技术或制药公司工作经验的优先。
Experience in managing multiple interfaces and complex projects
具有管理多个界面和复杂项目的经验
Knowledge of clean rooms and clean room regulation – an advantage
对洁净室及洁净室的相关规定了解的优先
fluent English – Reading, writing and speaking. Including Technical documentation
英语阅读、写作和口语（包括技术文档）熟练
fluent Chinese – Reading, writing and speaking. Including Technical documentation
中文阅读、写作和口语（包括技术文档）熟练
Knowledge of local statutory laws and regulations
了解当地法律法规
Experience in operating and learning complex projects

Experience in management of workplans and alignment between planning and execution

Well acquainted with working with local authorities and suppliers
