Responsibilities:

 Take the leadership role in developing the HIS training programs
领导制定HIS培训计划
 Ensure that appropriate training programs are in place to attract,retain and develop the key personnel required
确保适当的培训计划，以吸引、留住和发展所需的关键人才
 Be responsible to provide training and education to super/end users inthe use of Health information systems
负责向高级和普通用户提供医疗信息系统使用方面的培训和教育
 Be responsible to provide support super/end users in the use ofClinical information systems
负责为高级/最终用户提供临床信息系统使用方面的支持
 Work closely with clinical and admin users to identify business needs,i.e. clinical workgroup must be formed, regular meetings (weekly ormonthly) must be held and minutes taken, super users continuouslytrained so that they can provide input to this group.

 Provide system requirement recommendations in order to configuretechnical application solutions

 Communicate with cross section of interdisciplinary to effectivelyensure successful implementation of HIS functionalities and workflows

 Maintain detailed records of training sessions
维护培训课程的详细记录
 Provide feedback to HIS project management team
向项目管理团队提供反馈
 Set and manage priorities and meet deadlines
设定和做好工作任务的优先次序，并在截止日期前完成
 Responsible for policies and standards compliance to meet UFHinformation security policies and SOPs(Apply to assigned duty areas,include but not limit to Cyber Security law, SOX, JCI, etc.)
负责政策和标准的遵守，以满足UFH集团信息安全政策和标准操作规程(适用于指定的工作区域，包括但不限于网络安全法、SOX、JCI等)

Qualifications：
任职资格：
 Bachelor*s Degree in Computer, Nursing, Healthcare or related field,or equivalent combination of education
计算机、护理或者医疗相关学历（或者相当）本科
 Working experience in a clinical setting. Applied knowledge ofelectronic medical records systems and clinical workflow
有临床环境的工作经验，具有电子病历系统（EMR）和临床工作流程的应用知识优先
 Previous experience as an instructor or Trainer of HIS and ERP systems
有HIS或者ERP系统任职教导和培训师的工作经验优先
 Desire to work in systems building / development environment
喜欢系统建设/开发环境中工作

 Excellent written and verbal English communication. Demonstratedability give presentations.

 Sound knowledge of various health information systems

 Excellent understanding of data processing methods and procedures, andcomputer software systems in healthcare settings
