We’re currently seeking an inspired, intellectually curious andgoal-orientated Head Nurse to lead our client care team. This individualwill demonstrate stellar skills and lead our client care team to provideempathic, personalized care to hub clients throughout their experienceat our center.

Responsibilities:
1. Have solid experience in nursing services in such as physicalexamination, pap smear examination, patient care etc.
2. Cooperating with the Center Manager in designing, planning, andexecuting quality nursing services to our clients. This includes but notlimited to formulating work plan, training plan, SOP, etc.
3. Partnering with the Operations teams in the procurement of medicalmaterials, drugs and consumables, be responsible for the deployment ofresources, and the treatment of medical waste, so as to ensure thesmooth operation of the center.
4. Lead the nursing team in providing high quality service with amindset of constant improvement of quality care.
5. Manage the nursing team to ensure that staff conduct and servicesrendered are safe, competent, and professional.
6. Complete other duties as assigned in a diligent manner.

Qualifications：
1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Health Science (Nursing)
2. 8+ years nursing experience, with 5 years of experience inmanagement/lead nurse role
3. Hold current valid nursing license
4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work cohesively and lead in a team environment
7. Previous experience in clinic/health-check center establishment willbe prioritized
8. Certifications of BLS and ACLS preferred
