岗位职责:
Provide all kinds of support to HIS end user, including applicationaccess, usage, devices and equipment etc.
Skillful on documentation, log and summarize on cases.
Manage user access privileges as per business process requirements, testand document changes.
Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, ensurethey are complied with information security policies
Monitor and identify existing issues that might have negative impacts onHIS operations and report to the supervisor
Provide HIS training to user
Work closely with ITS operations to accomplish tasks assigned.
Work with Trak Team to do the routine maintenance and support on thedatabase and application technically.

Knowledge:
Experience in analyzing clinical workflows.
Optimistic resolve to automate processes that improve efficiencies.
Ability to clearly communicate with clinical and technical staff and vendors.
Experience with workflow analysis, documentation, user training and support.
Excellent understanding of data processing methods and procedures, andcomputer software systems in healthcare settings.
Provision of creative solutions to operational challenges.
Skills:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English.
Outstanding customer service skills including the ability to interactwith different levels of users and presentations skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and man-management skills.
