Responsibilities:
-Provide executive assistance to hospital CEO, including business and administrative
-Provide excellent translation and interpretation for core commissioningteam in daily operations
-Coordinate the planning and implementation of meeting timetable,participating and taking minutes as appropriate
-Assist and support CEO in all communications as appropriate and in theproduction of written communications, reports, speeches and presentations
-Arrange appointments to ensure effective time management for CEO
-Make travel and accommodation arrangements and execute timely andaccurate expense reporting for CEO
Experience:
-Bachelor degree or above;
-At least 5 years working experience;
-Knowledge and experience in hospital is highly preferred;
-Good communication skill, fluent in English;
-Positive “can do” self-starter
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levelsof management and staff
-Highly motivated, results driven
