商务拓展经理

此岗位服务于我司医药类项目Aposave的中国市场开发与拓展。
Aposave是Abacus Medicine Group的医药服务分支机构，其业务是在整个欧洲地区供应原始处方药，其愿景是打造更好的药品供应渠道，为患者提供更优质的医疗保健。

Job purpose:
Identify and develop relationships with suitable local and globalpharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies and medical distributors/ wholesalers in China to discover and develop mutually beneficialtrading opportunities that can then be converted in to live tradingcontracts with support from the HK / UK teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Grow Aposave’s client base and increase number of active tradingclients in China in line with company strategic aims
2. Promote Aposave’s Clinical trial services, Managed Access Programsand any other relevant value streams in Mainland China primarily butalso across the wider Asia Pac region as required
3. Identify strategic partners that will help Aposave achieve goals e.g.distributors, suppliers etc…
4. Open new target accounts and grow and develop business in existingaccounts
5. Analyse and report on market trends and key issues that will affectsales performance
6. Develop strategic plans to achieve individual sales targets andreport on progress at regular review meetings
7. Help achieve regional Asia Pac and Global budget with the team

Additional notes:
 Support General Manager in Asia Pac as required in carrying out their role
 Domestic and international travel for business purposes will be arequirement of the role
 Fluent Mandarin and English speaker and be able to prepare writtenmaterials in both languages

Skills, Qualifications & Personal Qualities:

• Understanding/background in pharma or biotech sector
• At least 3-5 years* work experience in related industry
• Stakeholder relationship management experience
• Proven Business Development record / commercial experience
• Extensive connections and network in pharma / biotech sector
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Good written and verbal communication skills in presentation
• Fluent Mandarin and English speaker and be able to prepare writtenmaterials in both languages
• PC literate (MS Office, CRM etc.)

Preferred Qualities:
• Major in business studies
• 2 years or above working experience in International Companies
• Quick learner
• Open and passionate to grow with company
• Willing to travel internationally

The gross annual package for this position is RMB325K– RMB429K withannual pro rata leave entitlement of 22-days for Chinese nationals.
