Responsibilities:
This position is to provide branding promotion for hospital.
1、Develop and execute an initial plan to work with marketing channels or3rd parties on logo and branding things;
2、Prepare documents / PPTs regarding hospital introduction with photosor videos;
3、Guide and support 3rd parties for our website build up;
4、Edit and review all the documents sent out to public, to make surehospital branding and image is in a proper way;
5、Give support to internal function as HR, IT or purchasing when thereis promotion or advertisement request;
6、Prepare articles and regular updates on website;
7、Define and draft internal PR policy;
8、Handle general PR issue, involve and escalate critical PR event thrucollaboration with legal and senior management team;
9、Coordinate and maintain good relationship with government, media,associates etc;
10、Plan and organize PR events to explore hospital reputation and brand;
11、Collect and monitor the article views vol and data;
12、PR trainings to all staff.
Qualifications for Manager:
1、Bachelor degree with profession in marketing or business;
2、Has team management experience;
3、Fluent English in speaking and writing;
4、Experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing orcustomer management;
5、Deep understanding of hospital or healthcare.
Qualifications for Specialist:
1、Bachelor degree with profession in marketing or business;
2、Familiar with the operation of traditional media and new media;
3、Strong language skills and writing ability.
