岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement andevaluate patient care plans
• Preps operating room for patient/procedure
• Conducts pre- and post-operative education
• Communication well with surgical team, patients and family members.
• Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, ina timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effectivepatient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Nurses effectively interact with patient and significant others, whilemaintaining the standard of professional nursing.
• Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending onassignment setting
任职资格:
1. 护理大专以上学历（包括大专）
2. 有效的中国护士执业证书
3. 5年以上手术室临床护理工作经验，熟练掌握基础护理和专科护理知识及技术操作
4. 具有优秀的团队合作和职业道德
5. 有爱心，工作细心踏实
6. 优秀的沟通技能及服务意识
7. 具有基础英语水平
