Pediatrics Nurse 儿科护士(006941)

岗位职责:
1. 根据医院规章制度和操作规程，为病人提供医疗保健和护理服务。
Carry out hospital policies and procedures and provide a wide range ofhealth care services and quality of care to patients in clinic.
2. 与护士、医务人员和其他相关人员沟通协调，完成护士长或主管分配的任务。
Coordinate with nurses, medical staff and other relevant staff,accomplish assigned tasks by head nurse or charge nurse.
3. 监测并记录病人的生命体征，在导师或更高级别护士的监督下管理药物。
Monitor and record patient’s vital signs, administer medications withsupervision of preceptor or higher-level nurses.
4. 进行基本护理操作，如静脉注射、抽血和尿样采集。
Perform basic nursing skills such as IV insertion, drawing blood, andurine sample collection.
5. 能够识别病人持续护理过程中的异常体征和症状，并向医疗团队报告。
Capable to identify abnormal signs and symptoms during continuingpatient care, and report it to the medical team.
6. 与患者及家属保持良好、亲切的互动及沟通。
Keep good and friendly interaction and communication with patients andtheir families
任职资格:
1. 护理专业大专或以上学历
Associated degree or above of Nursing
2. 持有护士执业资格证书
Chinese Registered Nurse License
3. 3-5年以上护理工作经验，其中2年儿科工作经验者优先
3-5 years of nursing working experience with 2 years in PediatricInpatient is preferred
4. 细心、专业和积极的工作态度
Careful, professionalism and positive work attitude
5. 良好的沟通技能及服务意识
Good communication skills and service awareness
6. 良好的英语沟通能力
Good English communication skill
