岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
• Implement quality improvement and healthcare compliance, includingcollecting and analyzing managerial and clinical indicators, preparationand presentation of reports, managing performance improvement projects, etc.
• Help physicians set OPPE (Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluation)indicators, and ensure the accessibility of such indicators;
• Assist with department leaders in writing and developing policies,plans and programs that are compliant with JCI standards and domesticregulations and standards. Further refinements of whole hospitaldocumentation management.
• Conduct internal audit to ensure compliance with JCI and domesticregulatory compliance under supervision.
• Participate in JCI accreditation preparation.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Quality & Safety
任职资格:
Qualifications:
• University graduate(Bachelor Degree)
• Minimum 2 years hospital administration experience
• Clinical qualifications are preferred
• Overseas working experience is preferred.

Skills:
• Good English skills in writing, speaking, listening and reading.
• Good communicate and interpersonal skills and ability to work with alllevel of organization.
• Strong proficiency in using office software such as MS Word, PPT,Excel and etc.

Knowledge:
• Interest and passion in healthcare, quality and compliance.
• Knowledge on international standard/accreditation, such as JCI, ACHS,ISO, and etc.
• Knowledge on local governmental laws and regulations, HB Regulations& inspections
