Manager, Clinical Safety 临床安全经理

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with the strategic planning and management of the clinicalsafety. Promote and inculcate safety culture in Jiahui.
2. Plans, directs, and manages the activities of clinical safety
3. Leads the hospital-wide clinical safety program includingsurveillance, best-practices, policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitors the execution of preventive measures for clinical safety andprovides guidance to staff
5. Serves as the hospital clinical safety liaison to institutionalleadership, departmental leaders, regulatory agencies, and district/cityhealth departments

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Five years of clinical safety and quality improvement experienceinclude two years in a supervisory/management role.
- Knowledge about RCA, PDCA, and EFMA framework and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable for conducting trainingto staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to workwith all level of organization.
- Ability to work at a cross culture and diverse organization
