Responsibilities:
 Be responsible for system configuration, testing and function implementation
 Provide system and workflow analysis for clinical safety and efficiency
 Provide recommendation or solution for improvement
 Manage clinical and business requirements and change control
 Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, ensurethey are complied with information security policies
 Monitor and identify issues that might have negative impacts on systemand business operations and report
 Training and support user
任职资格:
Qualifications:
 Tertiary qualifications in healthcare
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical environment
 Knowledge and ability to manage popular software applications.

Knowledge and Skills:
 In depth knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, be efficient whileworking simultaneously with multiple software applications, be efficientin communicating with user to identify problems and provide solutions
 Provision of creative solutions to operational challenges
 Sound understanding of information control
 Set and manage priorities and meet deadlines
 Effective written and verbal English communication
 Interpersonal relationship building
 A good initiative to learn and have the confidence, enthusiasm andmotivation to drive themselves and deliver appropriate as per required
