Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for performing radiographicdiagnostic procedures and for selecting technique factors and positioning.

Qualifications:

Graduate from Medical School of Radiology Technology Major.

More than 5 years working experience

Familiar all radiology procedures operating.

CRRT (R/CT/MR)

MRI operating certification, good at MRI examination and scanning



Skills:

Should be correctable to operate equipment and overview-developed films.

Ability to maneuver heavy equipment and withstand the weight of the leadapron on a continuous basis.

Able to perform moderate lifting and bending in positioning patients andequipment for procedures.

Must be able to commute to satellite facilities to work throughout theday as required.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.



Knowledge:

Good knowledge in major of Imaging Technology of medical college. Havethe basic clinical knowledge. Proficient in conducting the equipment andpracticing the daily work including modalities of routine radiography,CT, MRI operating



Responsibilities:

1) Performs all radiological diagnostic procedures and fluoroscopicexaminations. Operates radiographic equipment.

2) Provides explanation and instructions to patients. Checks accuracyof information regarding patient. Instruct patients regardingprocedures. Obtains patient history for IVP, fluoroscopy exams,mammograms, ultrasounds, etc., and asks about the possibility of pregnancy.

3) Assists the radiologists and physicians in performing radiographicprocedures or tasks. Uses variety of radiation protection and shielding materials.

4) Maintains stock in individual x-ray rooms and responsible forrestocking work area

5) Available for night, weekend, or holiday work as needed.

6) Participates in in-service programs, staff, and educational meetings.

7) Maintains patient confidentiality.

8) Evaluates radiographs or images for technical quality, assuringproper identification as recorded.

9) May be required to travel to other clinic facilities to performradiology procedures upon demand.

10) Other duties Performed-Equipment maintenance includes finding andreporting problem, instructing bi-engineer repair
