Government Liaison

岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
 Manage and renew all original hospital & 3 clinics(QKC, SRC, HS)licenses, includes medical license, radiology license, Maternal andinfant health care license, radiation license, advertisement license,tax certificate, organization code, healthcare organization code, importand export goods customs declaration registration certificate,vaccination license, and so on.
 Manage and renew all Chinese Hongkong and Expat Physician medicallicense registered in hospital and 3 clinics (QKC, SRC, HS). Thelicenses include all training certificate such as Narcotic license,vaccination license, midwife license, radiologist training license.
 Attend government meeting related to license assigned by GovernmentLiaison Manager
 Prepare different kinds of reports to local government on a requiredbasis.
 Set up, maintain and update government policies filing system.Translate the law or regulation into English as needed.
 Assist in applying hospital and clinic new service licenses.
 Assist in government inspections and follow up for improvement.
 Any other duties as assigned by Government Liaison Manager
