岗位职责:
Summary of responsibilities:
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for providingoverall leadership and development for all Sales & Marketing functions.
Goal is to ensure growth of patient volumes and revenue targeted towardsexisting and new clients in B2C, B2B and B2D sales channels, byperforming the following duties personally or through subordinates:

Overall Sales & Marketing Management:
• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies,structures, budgets, solutions, campaigns and specific goals to increasepatient volumes and revenue for Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital
• Provide training, support and leadership to all sales and marketingteam members to ensure all key revenue targets are met.
• Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual sales &marketing performance and forecasts. Report on the effectiveness ofsales, marketing and lead generation campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of the facility based digitalstrategy.
Sales Management:
• Directly manage large corporate clients.
• Develop and implement innovative lead generation programs that drivedemand for UFH packages and services. Continuously monitor performanceof such programs.

Summary of responsibilities (continued):

Product Marketing Management:
• Research target consumer’s behavior and buying criteria for purchasinghealth insurance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop innovative marketingstrategies and products that provide a competitive value proposition inthe marketplace.
• Develop and manage innovative marketing strategies, product packages,positioning and messaging that drive demand for medical services.

Marketing Management:
• Conduct regular market research. Continuously review changes to themarket, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting themarketing plan if necessary
• Manage overall brand value of UFH. Protect brand and visual identityby (1) managing traditional and social media, (2) review all materialsto be published - whether online or offline - and (3) approve all Mediapurchases, corporate sponsorship opportunities and external partnerships.
• Create and manage a calendar of events such as health talks, webinars,conferences and thought leadership contributions, all aimed atincreasing patient volumes.
• Oversee Public Relations plan, advertisement event and social media management
Internal Relationships:
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnelacross the UFH network, including general managers, medical departmentchairs, and etcetera.
• Work with other positions, including reflecting customer feedback,compliant, patient experience and journey, recruitment input, etc.
任职资格:
Knowledge and Experience:
1. At least 5-10 years’ experience in sales & marketing managementpreferably in the healthcare and / or services industry.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies.
3. Able to understand and analyses sales and marketing performance metrics.
4. Strong communication and team management skills
5. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
6. Availability to travel as needed
7. BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
8. Native Mandarin Speaker with good English language skills.
