岗位职责:
Responsibilities: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
• Designs, plans and initiates all aspects of contracted professionaldevelopment activities for business clients, including needs assessmentsand employee job analysis, developing proposals and budgets, customizedprogram delivery and evaluation.
• Conducts periodic staff performance reviews and evaluations;interviews applicants and makes hiring recommendations
• Determines eligibility for financial overrides or discounts;authorizes and completes overrides
• Ensures that revenue is received and deposited in accordance withhospital regulations
• Hires, manages, supervises, evaluates and schedules staff as needed
• Prepares financial reports and statements reflecting a variety ofcategorical revenue and expenditure activities
任职资格:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, businessadministration or a healthcare field.
• Work requires four years related business or administrative experienceto become familiar with general personnel practices, accounting andbudgeting principles and coordination of major office activities.
• A master*s degree in a business related field may be substituted fortwo years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of clinical charging and coding procedures
• Strong knowledge of the international health insurance industry
