ESSENTIAL TASKS:
1. Charts collection/delivery to meet clinics’ needs.
2. Medical information scan and upload.
3. Medical Information release.
4. Email/Phone call checking/answering and recording, clinics andpatients coordination.
5. Duplicated medical record merging.
6. Medical record quality checks, including outpatients and inpatients.
7. Inpatient cover page completion and report
8. Audit findings analysis and review
9. Government inspection preparation and support.
10. ICD coding support and quality checks.
11. Medical Record translation
12. Support Medical Record Committee assigned duties, including medicalforms review, project follow up and coordination, medical record relatedissues review etc.
13. Participation in department activities.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Able to complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
1. Native Chinese speaker (mainland China) with good English skills.
2. Good knowledge of medicine, medical terminology, and medical concepts
3. Ability to work as a team player.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of service needs.
5. Well-organized and self-directed.

EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE:
1. Proficient in Windows and MS Office.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
1. Degree or above.
2. Preferably medical-related education or nursing background.
3. Oversea healthcare experience preferred.
4. Medical record quality control related experience preferred.
