【连锁门诊】营销&运营院长-上海

岗位职责：
1.根据诊所的总体经营规划，制定诊所营销目标计划和实施措施，确保完成集团下达的各项任务；2.制定营销规划方案，围绕市场推广、渠道拓展、医生&专家合作、医生推广、患者服务，会员服务等积极拓展新的发展机会；
3.执行诊所日常经营运作相关的制度体系、业务流程；
4.整合医疗行业线上与线下渠道资源，利用渠道资源推进公司项目进度；
5.对客户、品牌、产品有全面深入的理解，提升客户服务满意度；
6.负责市场信息的收集与整理，善于发现市场机会，积极拓展合作渠道及业务模式，确保公司业务有序开展；
7.负责引进行业先进经验、技术、设备或项目，并安排相关部门人员培训学习，并落地实施；
8.及时完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.五年以上医疗机构相关工作背景
2.具有医疗行业市场推广及营销、医患服务运营管理、客户服务等3年以上工作经验，可熟练撰写方案及并落地实施
3.有良好的沟通能力、有团队合作精神、有责任心，善于解决问题、能够适应较大压力
